Crepe pancakes recipe
Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
Pinch salt
Dash oil
2 cups milk
3 eggs, whisked
Method:
Mix it all in a bowl to get rid of most lumps, then cook and flip spoonfuls in a buttered pan.
Serve warm or cold with toppings of choice.
